We only deliver the orders with world famous logistics companies,including DHL,UPS,TNT,FedEx,EMS and Hongkong Post.You can calculate the shipping cost in your shopping cart and you can also see the shipping cost in the process of check out.Please note that not all shipping methods are available for some countries.And please note that Hongkong Post is only available when the total weight is from 0.50KG to 2KG.When the total weight is over 2KG,please select the other methods.Please do not select Hongkong Post when it indicates USD0.00.
All the orders shall be available for shipping within 2 business days after payment arrives.Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery date, time or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimated and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delay for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. If any product is not released for delivery to you within 14 calendar days from the date on which your order or transaction is accepted and your payment arrives, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then either party may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, in respect of the late or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, shall be only a refund (without interest) of any payment you may already have made for such order or transaction.
All the orders will be insured by www.battery-grips.com. All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. Please check the package carefully when you receive it from the courier,if you find the package is broken or damaged,please check the merchandise carefully and make sure it is of good condition.If the merchandise does not work well,please refuse to sign the package and contact us immediately.If the courier loses the package,please inform us as well. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.
Tax & Duties
We do not add taxes, VAT, or other duties in our prices . You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.HOWEVER - In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions. If you do not have any instructions in the comments field,we will manage it by our own.
All imported goods are subject to customs clearance in every country. When you buy from www.battery-grips.com , the goods are sent from China. Therefore you are importing, and you are the importer who is responsible for the goods when the goods pass through customs in your destination country. According to our general terms and conditions, you may order anything you like from www.battery-grips.com and we will fulfill your order, but it remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies and etc apply in that country. www.battery-grips.com cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on Customs issues in any regard.We will do what we can to help,but no refund will be offered if the customs clearance fails-of course it is very rare in our experience.Usually we note in the invoice with some other products which will not raise any suspicions.
All products are covered by a full ONE YEAR warranty. Should your product fail within one year of purchase (obvious physical abuse excluded), we will repair or replace your item as required.You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process / test your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair / replace and deliver your item (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will check the situation and provide an RMA number if it complies wth our return policy. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
